Cons

Non-existant path for career growth. Lots of talk, little action. Culture was very top-down, autocratic and contrary to public posture

Great travel, good employees, amazing design team and can and will listen. Trust employees too an extent as well as good 401k and inspiration

Cons

cuts pay after you worked, employee turnaround is a lot, pays half rate travel time, not enough work to keep a full staff
