Pros

AWS, great people, and a interesting product. Blue/white tickets (5 free flights/year) are a great perk

Cons

Cost-cutting culture. The company is very cheap with almost no benefits. For example: the coffee is free, but you actually have to pay for milk in the office. Terrible management. To be honest, it feels like working in Biedronka/7-Eleven but in an IT

Pros

You work 5 on 3 off which is a benefit compared to other airlines

Cons

Management do not care about employees or their wellbeing at all. You are treated very poorly by colleagues and supervisors aswell, there is absolutely no professionalism whatsoever. You are worked to the absolute maximum they legally can and then given the absolute minimum rest. There are no staff benefits to british crew as you are put on an agency contract which is not mentioned until you have already done the 6 weeks of training. And lastly you find yourself with no social at all, due to the roster you can go nearly 2 months without a weekend off.
