Pros

Just the exciment to live in another country

Cons

Everything. 1. They make you pay for your trainning even if you have your flight attendat licence and of course the uniform (wich by the way they estimed a 1500$ but when you recived has been use already. 2. If you don't work in Dublin or the UK (I was working in Bergamo, Italy) they cut 45% of your paycheck thru "emergency taxes" wich is a method Ireland uses to avoid ilegal workers. Ryanair doesn't take care of clarify the situation with Ireland taxes office so you end working more than 60h/w for more or less 500$. This situation happen to me for 6 months and more than 10 other persons of my course. 3. The schedule is ridiculus , when you start you have to flight 100h in more or less 10 days to have your "wins" certificated. Your days starts at 3 am and end sometimes at 6pm. 4. They don't take safety seriusly at all. We are supposed to have an "exam" every day before our shift (it's a round of safety questions to see if you have all the information fresh) but 70% of the days they just don't do it. Also I flight without all the lifevest more times than I can remember or not oxigen bottles. You don't want to have any problem thru your shift (mislanding, emergency landing...if you do , by law they have to send you with a therapist to evaluate if you have any trauma or you can come back to work. Even if the therapist recomend to take 1 or 2 days off the Company forces you to go next day and if you don't do it they take all the flights of your shift (yes, this can happen to only have 1 flight a week if they want you to leave). 5. The only thing that matters is sell , sell and sell if you don't sell enough you will have problems. 6. When the 6 months contract ends most of the people gets fired even if you have reports of your managers, supervisor etc. Of my course 70 people 50 of them where fired ( Just when they finish to pay the clothes and the course. If your dream is become a cabin crew please don't choose to do it with Ryanair , they will take all your hope and take you all the beauty of this profession.

Pros

your colleagues tend to be nice and there are some nice people working there. nice office building but that would be it!

Cons

A lot of cons - the managers are bullies and if you look around they are mostly all male - says something about gender diversity right there! You have to pay for everything - if you go on a day trip to the UK and come back in the same day you have to pay for your breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee etc... all at your own expense! Nothing back!! and it is expected that you go last minute - as in the night before you are told that you are on the first flight in the morning out of there, They do not care how you get to the airport either - even when the buses are not running at that time - get a taxi at your own expense again. Salary also well below market rate.

Pros

Nothing. I can't say anything at all.

Cons

Salary Been harassed by my base supervisor and some members of the crew The only important thing is sales, not safety If you call sick more tan 3 times you may have a meeting in Dublin where they will tell you that you always have to be fit to fly and they don't care about how you feel
