Pros

The pay was not so bad as it is now, since back then your earnings were tax free. The crew.

Cons

You are just a number.

Pros

Nice team, chance to work in a multi cultural environment, salary is not bad in the summer time, a lot of free days

Cons

Forced unpaid leave, bad salary in the winter, company doesn't care much for us, some colleagues are cruel, some passengers are rude

Pros

Training course must comply with international standards so is reasonably good and interesting. Great coworkers, good fun out of work.

Cons

If you are based in Stansted the company will treat you like a number, forcing you to work when sick and keeping you as long as possible on a outsourced contract. They won't meet any of your request for a day off of for a transfer of base. Management is very insensible to cabin crew needs and will keep relations to minimum
