Pros

I was a great experience. i met hundreds of new people every day. My day was very compact and eventful. I got to experience different languages cultures places cuisine and experiences. The job of a cabin crew is what got me to ryanair. But the nice people that work in the company made me stay.

Cons

The salary is not great as u only get payed while the plane is supposed to be in the air. so u get 0 for the time spent on the ground but are still supposed to be at the plain 45 minutes before it takes off and are supposed to fill out the papers after u land. the occasional 15 minutes early landing not make up for the 3 hour delay u get 0 pay for being in full uniform and calming the 150 passengers who are all late and blame u for it.
