Scheduale - you can plan all your year based on the days off that you have Meeting people - everyday you work with different people Everyday something new happens - it's not a boring job as everyday is different

Cons

Pressure - lots and lots of pressure to sell things on board Contract - in the beggining you don't have a contract directly with ryanair Payment - you only earn based on your flying hours, so if you don't fly as much, your payment will be really low Transfer - it's really hard to get a transfer to some destinations
