Pros

Travel discount, possibility to have transfer, chances to be promoted after a few years in the company. Young and easy going working environment. Good annual leave pay.

Cons

You only get paid for the flying hours, standbys are not retributed. The company doesn't provide any food or water to the crew. Uniform and training course are very expensive. You don't get to choose your initial base.

Pros

They pay you on time. You get a 3 year contract after completing the course. You can take up to 5 months unpaid leave and 19 days annual leave which you get paid 60 gbp per day taken.

Cons

The annual salary is maximum £15000 a year. You have to pay for your own training (€2500 if paid in full €3100 if paid by monthly deductions from your salary) + find your own accommodation at the training. They do not care about your health or wellbeing or if you have a roof over your head as you get sent out the day after your completion of the training course to the country where you must be based and immediately have to sort out your own accommodation. When a problem occurs or they're in fault they will always shift the blame not to have to pay you back or reimburse for their own mistakes. They expect all paperwork within a record amount of time but it usually takes them a couple weeks to get yours if you need it.
