You receive a monthly salary. Good people working there. Staff travel. Well known company. Company perceived as successful externally. Onsite canteen.

Cons

Senior management ducking and weaving responsibilities. Pay is well below market. No flexi time. You have to buy an additional 5 days Holidays regardless of overtime completed. High turnover of staff means no one knows what they are doing.
