- Stable roster - Mostly good colleagues - Well maintained aircraft

Cons

- No rights (pension i.e.) - Tight turnarounds - no support from the company (the motto is “it’s your responsibility”) - Promotions based on how much you can sell - staff tickets more expensive than a normal fare

Company is currently expanding, never a shortage of work and there is good job security. Very Keen to help you progress if you're capable.

Cons

It pays slightly less than other places and the benefits (health insurance ect) are almost non existent.
