Pros
The only good things about this job was the opportunity to live in Barcelona AND the training of 1-2 month was amazing and very interesting.
Cons
The managers are trying to scare you and frightened you whenever you get justified sick leave because of health issues asking you in an accusing tone "will you be sick again in the future ?", They have no consideration for you the only thing that matter is SALES, many colleagues do not follow security procedure but as long as they sell it's all that matter for Ryanair and it is the only thing that will get you a promotion. Also the salary is not at all good compared to the price of living in Barcelona and there is no health insurance which makes no sense in such job that requires almost perfect health.
