Pros

Opportunity to gain experience to move on to better airlines

Cons

Paying for the training, accomodation, uniform, no food for the crew, working 12 hour shifts starting at 5 AM, not enough rest between shifts, poor salary and working conditions, being constantly harassed by the supervisors regarding sales and targets.

Pros

Biggest airline in Europe. A lot of bases to choose from. Very easy to get in. Different job than usual. A lot of opportunities to grow inside the company. Some opportunities to change base. International, young and cosmopolitan environment.

Cons

Money is not the best (really bad 1st year when paying the training course). No free/cheap flights for employees. Very bad working atmosphere (a LOT of sales pressure). Hard working times (waking up at 4am or arriving home at 1h in the morning). Bad training/preparation. Training course is paid.

Cons

Bad management, sales targets, superexpensive staff travel and no food or water for cabin crew.
