Pros

5/3 working schedule, which is rare in aviation. It has always been like this, since my first day. Unlimited amount of stuff tickets (you still pay airport taxes) Tickets for family and friends (6 per year). Closest family unlimited as well. Easy to get in.

Cons

Long shifts. Sector pay is only for flight time, not from check-in to check-out. A lot of hours of delay get no payment. No extra payment for airport duty. On standby report time is only one hour. No transport compensation on late arrival. Get threatened if calling in sick too much. No winter uniform provided. Encouraged toxic behaviour from seniors. No layovers. Low pay.
