Fixed roster. You get to work with a variety of people.

Cons

Company only interested in profits with complete disregard of employees well-being. Ridiculous sickness policy. No interested at all/no policy in place regarding any issues employee may have with depedants. Duty often pushed to the limit of legality. Time spent on the ground unpaid even if required to work.
