love the company for embracing the diversity. work on fix schedule 5 days on and 3 days off. I can plan my daily life ahead. The company respect your days off - no unexpected call to work. Good system for swap, sick leave, annual leave request - you cam do all in one app. 600 is only basic salary but normal after add this and those each month for junior cabin crew will get around 1600-2000 euros

too often recruitment, the company should focus more on training the quality one, not only numbers
