Cincinnati sales manager micromanages and plays favorites, no room for career growth, Corp employees do not care about the sales team, corporate hoops to add vendors, low salary pay, work/life balance expectations

Weak management,,,Had 4 different Used truck managers,, didn't do a good job buying, Not aggressive enough to build up units for stock, All corp mentality. All other dept managers acted like Czars,not caring about sold units,,Service was a expensive joke. Banging out Used truck dept was the doctrine. You had to jump thru many hurdles to and time lag to deliver customer. Every sale was a mission.
