The opportunities are endless. You go as far as you want to go. You are treated fairly and allowed to do your job without a lot of interference.

Cons

Sometimes people are given to many chances even they continuously prove they cannot to the job they were hired to do.

Pros

Management is very understanding most of the time. They did a great job of following corporate rules and regulations. Most everyone who works there is friendly.

Cons

If you are not a Tech worker you are very underpaid for such a fast pace environment. Training is not very good. They do a bad job at reviewing employee work. Its hard to get hired here unless you know someone. Corporate doesn't really care about anyone other than themselves.
