      Pros

      Good Pay Coworkers are like family Goals are attainable and not ridiculous Benefits are good and easily viewed and changed Schedule is extremely flexible when given enough advance information

      Cons

      Corporate tends to treat it's employees like they are just a number Must work Saturdays, management does not work saturdays Asset management lead you to believe one thing, while it's completely different On the job training for rules/ethics needs to be revamped, when you don't know ALL the rules, you tend to make mistakes

      Pros

      Training & advancement are there for those willing to stepup & go for it. People are friendly. Management is very flexiable, as long as it's beneficial for all parties. Positive support is there.

      Cons

      While high expectations are expected of most, some are allowed to just coast along and there seems to be nothing done to motivate them to become a positive part of the team.

      Pros

      Business is growing and there are lots of opportunities for someone willing to step up. There are numerous new systems either just implemented or in process, so this is a good time to get in on the ground floor.

      Cons

      Very unstructured, not a lot of processes and procedures are vague or MIA. Staffing is also on the light side, especially for technical operations.
