Product needs updating but the parts and service Dept are willing to help fix things when needed. Could do better with inter company communication

diesel mechanic willing to help each other out to help fix truck in a timely manner so the customers truck are not down for so period of time.

Cons

management and supervisor not helping to mechanic to get parts in a timely manner, also listen to tech when they come to talk to about problems at work.

It was a great job the first year. Then new management came in and it went down hill . 40 good teck have left in the last 3-1/2 years. Very sad.

Cons

All ways pushing there Tec to the point of jobs not getting done right for the customer . Will short your paycheck any time they wont . Unbelievable stress everyday.
