      Pros

      Good support from upper management It was nice place to work and offered good support plan on working many long hour days

      Cons

      Product needs updating but the parts and service Dept are willing to help fix things when needed. Could do better with inter company communication

      Pros

      Very little micro-management and senior leadership actually listens to engineer feedback. The pay and ability to work remotely was also great.

      Cons

      You may end up wearing multiple hats. While this can be daunting at first, the experienced gained was invaluable.

      Pros

      If you like working 24/7/365 you will do great here.

      Cons

      Upper management is out of touch, using earned PTO is frowned upon, turnover is very high company wide. 401k match is abysmal, PTO is less than market average, no sick time until first anniversary, expensive healthcare premiums.
