We take this feedback very seriously and through this feedback, we develop actionable plans to improve our culture and work environment for our employees. 6yThank you for your review and comments. As you know, as a Technician working in a flat rate system, you have the ability to actually earn more than your standard hourly rate through gain time. The more efficient a Technician works, the more opportunity there is for increased pay through gain time. Keeping our Customers up and running is an important part of our purpose and we know that takes commitment and dedicated effort. We strive to do this while still providing a quality work-life balance to our employees.
