Pros

Free travel around the world and no expenses while living onboard. Good opportunity for advancement within the company. Ever changing clientele.

Cons

Long times away from family and loved ones. Boat drills and stiff onboard regulations that you need to adhere to. Long working hours with little to no time off .

Pros

if you want to be in a travel company, RCCL is one of the largest cruise companies in the world

Cons

low pay for the job function (but not for the sector), and if you work in the office, you will not be hanging around cruise ships drinking on the pool deck
