Pros

Excellent product, concentration on the guest

Cons

Bizarre disfunctionality at the top. If management all worked together, this company could really do great.

Pros

Detail oriented, Managed extremely well by Adam Goldstein and Richard Fain. Royal Caribbean are the most innovative companies out there, with the ships being extremely technically advanced. Marine and Hotel Operations clearly have the best of the best people in the business.

Cons

IT department is huge, and as a result there is little to no decisions or support.
