Pros

Travel, intercultural environment, international, high standards, savings, people. Working onbard RCC`s vessels opens up any one`s view about cultures, tourism and good client service.

Cons

Little spare time. While you live onboard you have to be available 24/7. Attach to what can be sensed as military régimen. Too many rools, standard procedures that diminish the pros of working overseas. Poor relation cost/benefit.
