      Pros

      They cover your food, lodging, and you get to see the world. You also get time off to see the ports and spend your off time with friends and/or exploring the same excursions that the guests enjoy.

      Cons

      Contract lengths can be taxing and stressful and the food menu gets repetative. Also, unless you're a higher up in management you have to endure a roommate.

      Cruising benefits, office location, the view, the gym at work and classes during lunch.

      High retention rate, employees with 15+ years as managers.

      Pros

      Great co-workers, nice facility use to be a great company to work for until greed became a factor.

      Cons

      Cuts pay with 2 day notice company does not care how it affects it's employees. People at the top are not really valued. Management is a joke and supervisors are their muppets. No communication, you will be lied to your face. To much micro management. You have to kiss butt and be fake with your bosses and their programs are so out dated and crash to much.
