Pros

Opportunity for travel if that is your desire. Generally friendly staff. A lot of opportunities if you live in South Florida. A fairly easy job and rewarding working with Travel Agents and guests.

Cons

Contact center employees are generally underpaid and over-worked. Hourly employees gene can have a considerably higher income than salaried employees due to overtime and incentive opportunities. Leadership is slow to react to business needs. A very "old style" leadership philosophy. Very top-down and leadership is not open to ideas that challenge their traditional ways of thinking. Minimal opportunities for promotion outside of Miami/Ft. Lauderdale area.
