Pros

Travel benefits and the are not free. You still pay quite a bit

Cons

They treat there employees like slaves. You are expected yo jump through hoops at their whim. If you are part of the "cool kids club" you can rest assure you are safe from anything. If you are like me you come in to work, do your job with integrity and do not feed into the "oh this is so and so they are exempt from security procedures" you are screwed. If you state your mind you are shot down. They have the most incompetent people working in iT. They outsourced the it dept and then they got rid of them the only folks that knew what and how to resolve issues, they now have some idiots in Mexico trying to assist users and they cannot find engine ass with both hands and a map. Worst company to work for they do not care for employees at all. Richard Fain is a tool.

Pros

A free cruise, haha. Really. That's it.

Cons

Let me count the ways..... Nah, I'll just name one: Basically cubicle culture coupled with a few extremely lame people who've only ever done marketing in a corporate setting. Also the pay is crap, but you know that up front. There are TONS of better opportunities in South Florida and in the country in general. The worst of the crop stays ages and ages leading to unending cycles of mediocrity..... Sorry, that was maybe three ways?
