Pros

The overall atmosphere is good. The most exciting part is the end product that is put out to our customers. Our ships truly are incredible and offer so much to the guests. From a work perspective, there are many areas under the main umbrella, from finance to purchasing, sales to call centers, marketing to hotel and marine operations, etc.

Cons

Organizations within RCL tend to work in silos. Although such a diversified work environment, often hard to break into an area outside of your past experience. Commitment to investors and Wall Street cause undue stress for less people to do more work with the same or fewer resources.
