Pros

Worldwide travel and reality check. You will work harder than anything you could possibly image. Up to 10 months, 14 hours a day with zero time off. Sounds impossible right? What Royal gives you in exchange? How to deliver 5 diamond service. How to succeed working in a highly diverse, multicultural environmen , and the most brilliant marketing brand and customer retention programs in the world. If you survive, any future organization will pay highly for your expertise and highly developed work ethic.

Cons

Very long hours little appreciation, and brutal multinational management styles.

Pros

Great co workers. The only highlight to my experience at Royal were my co workers in the IT Department at the Miramar office

Cons

No training. A very cut throat environment. You never know if you are doing a good job or not.
