Pros

Cheap cruises for employees...when/if you can get one.

Cons

Executives do not care about employees. HR is only there to protect the company, not employees. Unrealistic expectations. Expected to give up your family life and work from home, too.

Pros

Location is convenient and my co workers are more like friends than anything

Cons

Outdated contractor rules that require time off after a short contract. They were very slow in communicating to me about a contract extension. Conversion to employee is extremely rare but I was warned this up front
