      Profitable company with great opportunity and good salary and benefits package.

      Cons

      Poor assessment of resource needs and large lack of managerial skills from leadership. No guidance on expectations for performance appraisal, zero goal setting, unrealistic expectations without discussion and zero recognition of a person's sacrifice and complete lack of respect for their future.
