Pros

The brand is a jewel and the market still has a high growth potential. The company has structured itself and defined while focusing more strongly on its core mission.

Cons

Some turbulence in a deep culturale and structural change phase, guided by a real strategic logic (shift investments to the long term growth factors) but implemented in a heterogeneous way.

Pros

They have the best dog and cat food on the market.

Cons

The company is extremely bad a business. They have regularly been unable to keep their basic core products in stock. They were cyber attacked because their systems are from the dark ages. They had extensive out of stocks for months and could not provide their sales people with sales numbers. Their sales people had to go out in the field and hear nothing but all of your products are out of stock so I am switching to your competitor. All the hard work that was done to build up territories basically walked out the door. They now after months upon months have come up with numbers and are paying or should I say not paying their sales people on these numbers. It is an outrageous and disrespectful position to put their sales people in! Stay away from this company!!!

Pros

Co-workers, free pet food, year end bonus, high quality products, clean factory, high starting pay so a lot of knowledge and senior people to help with issues that may arise. Share of worldwide profits. Some managers care about your well being

Cons

Lead by extreme fear, supervisors with no education, swing shift, hot conditions, expected to make royal canin your life, never able to advance unless your a butt kisser, if you want a promotion better grab the lotion!
