Easy job. Some micro managing, but able to mostly control own schedule when in part of the field sales team.

Cons

Upper management is clueless on customer needs. Difficult to have products shipped to customers. Goals are based on activities & sales growth... but no numbers to show reps.

I have been working here 9 months now and I love it. Taking this job was the best decision I've made career wise in a long time. Management is great, very engaged and knowledgeable. Very much a team environment. Salary, vacation, benefits and bonuses are very good.

Cons

The work is long and time consuming. When it gets busy it can be hectic. With tight deadlines anands turn around times it is expected that you stay and finish the days work. Work spaces are a bit cramped, sometimes it feels like your working on top of people.
