Pros

If you are a dog and cat lover, you can proud of what the company is selling. If you are good at office politics, it is a great place to work.

Cons

You will have a hard time, if you are not good at office politics.

Pros

Solid research-backed pet foods, knowledgeable trainers, great employee benefits, company car, cool headquarters

Cons

Some of the senior leadership made questionable decisions which resulted in a missed opportunity for my territory, pay could be higher to be more competitive and attract and keep talent

Pros

Dogs in the office, work life balance, great bonus payout.

Cons

No real culture, people who don't want to do any work, no processes, senior management doesn't enforce protocols or programs to fix existing issue. Office politics are out of control. Great retirement plan and good benefits (however you pay the premiums).
