1) Every department is severely under-staffed leading to unnecessary pressure 2) Job description is a sham in RC India. 80% work over and above what is mentioned in JD 3) Unnecessary calls during personal timings and on weekends leading to unprofessional attitude and tremendous pressure 4) No work life balance 5) Clueless leadership teamthat makes generic statements and has no vision 6) All tasks and projects are last minute leading to high expenditures 7) No value of employees which is ironic as company is proud of its "Employee Friendly Culture" 8) 180 degree opposite of its parent company Mars
