      Pay is terrible. Increases fail to keep up with inflation, meaning each year we effectively get paid less. Yet the company is owned the the Mars family. Billionaires

      Poor leadership; Not paid in total sales- and in some cases not paid for the goals you achieve. Company not focused on doing what is best for pets anymore.
