job was very easy. you had to go out of your way and Try to NOT make you goals.

Cons

management does micro manage some, but again they are running a billion $ company. you would too.

The benefit package is great , you also get a company car and gas card. They give you everything you need to do the job.

Cons

Poor leadership, unnattainable goals and too many "focuses" at any given time, with the focuses changing without notice and lack of consistency throughout the company.
