Pros

- I worked with a lot of great people in there, managed to learn a lot from them - I really liked the culture, a very relaxed and friendly environment - Company is trying new things to reinvent itself and adapt to new challenges

Cons

- There's some difficulty when it comes to interdepartmental communication and collaboration, bottlenecks exist and they hinder the company's efforts - I found there can be some gatekeeping when it comes to new ideas and solutions from old time employees in high positions. This severly demotivates new hires and mid to senior level developers. - During my time I heard many complaints about non-existing progression in some teams. I haven't experienced this firsthand (on the contrary), but heard enough of it to mention
