Company as a whole is good overall, good package with benefits, bonus and pension

Cons

After re-organisation, the ET&S is not effective. The leadership is creating a blaming and unsupportive culture which is toxic. Not a good place to work. Lack of clear direction and expectations. HR is poor, not working to protect employees.
