- Worklife balance - Open to change and improvement, with a focus on lean six sigma - Defined career development framework where you can opt to board to the next band yourself (great if you are ambitious and want progression). - Friendly site - Fascinating product and site to witness - Lots of interesting visitors, keeps each week different.

Cons

- Individuals paid very high due to length of service rather than skills/experience. - Pay and benefits for new or non legacy workers could be better.
