If proper work is available, the work can be deeply technical. If access to data is not restricted for various reasons, the data and learning can be extremely valuable. Work-life balance can be managed properly.

Cons

The number of opportunities can be extremely limited. The type of work is often repetitive. Opportunity for exploring different skills are less frequent and not supported by management
