      Good but not the best

      Pros

      Global company with many business and opportunities to move around globally. Company is trying to be world class and would be there in a few years. Generally people are friendly but the process make it very frustrating to achieve much. Good products and well positioned.

      Cons

      Processes in place make it impossible to think outside the box. Achievements not allowed - just tow the line... No career development for employees. You better be happy in what you do for a long time as you would be in the same position for a long time doing the same functions.

      Toxic Work Environment with Corrupt Work Ethics

      Okay salary and a good pension.

      Cons

      Toxic & cliquey work environment. Middle management are constantly manipulating the work order in order to put on overtime at the weekends, lads on shop floor are then stood around during the weekdays for 80% of the time across 3 different shifts. Tufan Erginbilgic if you want to save some serious money for the PLC then get yourself onto the Nuclear site ASAP and observe what is going on exactly! The majority of middle management are not qualified to do their job properly and therefore employees are not looked after fairly and/ or equally.

      Pros

      Some smart people, and pay was decent but that's about it.

      Cons

      If you are not in their subgroup clique, then you were an outsider. When starting, no orientation and no help to learn their systems or the way they do things. Upper management is very arrogant and have a belief that they do no wrong despite the company struggling for years. Also, a very passive/aggressive culture - shallowly nice to your face but mean spirited behind your back.
