Pros

Rolls-Royce is a strong brand.

Cons

Although the company officially specifies that promotion is based on ability, competence, achievement and formal education, in fact the key factors are being an Anglo-Saxon or a person of German descent.

Pros

At this point there really are none. In 20 years here I have never seen employee moral so low. Don’t walk away from Rolls RUN!!

Cons

Since Tufan took over the company he has restructured us so poorly no one knows what is going on. Normally in Indianapolis by now we would have sold more than 100 engines year to date, but we have only sold 8, with nearly 5 months into the year. It is a catastrophe. We function very differently in Indianapolis than big civil, and over the last 20 years have generated 80% of the income for RR normally Civil engines just loose money. US Defense had engineers working with billable hours to US contracts. Restructuring eliminated numerous money makers. Big Civil is calling the shots and sinking us fast. I believe the restructuring will result in huge delays to US defense programs. Probably violated the law and our Special Security Agreement. Shipwreck is the only way to describe it
