Pros

If you get a good manager then you will have a good time working at RR, plenty of good managers but also some bad enough to lose their entire team (either physically or respect wise) within weeks of starting - Possible to progress - Some great people - Great products

Cons

Former decisions haunting the company; - Progression at staff levels requires a lot of work and it isn't possible to get a pay rise when you interview and accept a promotion. If you progress quickly in terms of positions it can be hard to keep up in terms of pay scale. - HR mostly outsourced/off-shored (inflexible and detached) - Major excel abuse/over reliance - IT outsourced, very limited engineering/programming in house. IT staff are virtually all project management managing implementation of off the shelf software (over budget and behind plan)

Pros

Excellent Pay and excellent benefits

Cons

Micro Managed, Feels like working in a prison, people gossip and quick to tell management. Not enough diversity, you are basically a robot. If you are brought in as a temp, they keep you for 18 months or less then let you go. No personal space what so ever.
