Pros

At present it would be the compensation and benefits however the future is doubtful.

Cons

There is no appreciation or acknowledgement of commitment to task as an hourly employee. The work environment with management is antagonistic at best. Hourly personnel are treated as second class citizens.

Pros

This company has some of the most responsive, friendly people working for them. The diversity within the organization is great, lots of new things to learn. Rolls Royce Energy product is also quite competitive in the market.

Cons

Rolls is not very organized, requests may take a long time, lack of communication across departments, laid back atmosphere.

Pros

Great Benefits and Competitive Pay.

Cons

Opportunities for development depend on department which you are working for. Things like tuition re-imbursement are not approved equally for all employees. As an electrical engineer, positions are limited in the Indianapolis site. Indianapolis is more of a Mechanical/Aero Engineering location in terms of most employees background.
