money, and lots of pressure to go with the money.

Cons

not much free time, to enjoy home life. then add six sigma training, not fair. lots of stress and back stabbing going on, a real good work environment.

Pros

Opportunities to see the world and experience engineering at it's best. However, Rolls Royce Deutschland, has an attitude far more suited to WWII. The works council and HR do the dirty jobs which management are scared to do.

Cons

Defence Aerospace took a large beating following the UK MoD Defence review of 2010. There didn't seem to but much interest in obtaining new business.
