Pros

Flexible company to work for in many ways. Opportunities to work in civil, defense, marine, energy, etc abound in multiple sites.

Cons

Sites are dis-joined in many ways, e.g., IT and the various platforms required to support day to day business needs. Understaffed in several sites, this results in low employee morale and burnout.

Pros

There are growing opportunities in the commercial and military markets right now. Commercial is booming, and Rolls-Royce is the leader for variable-cycle engine technology that the military wants and needs.

Cons

-Even in LibertyWorks, there is a huge bureaucracy under UK control -UK control seeps into every aspect of the company--reducing workers' and mangers' ability to make good decisions
