Pros

They have a great market reputation and the employees are great.Xxx xxxx xxx xxx. Xxx. Xxx. Xxx. Xxx xxx

Cons

If you aspire to be a senior manager, you're almost required to give up your family and relationships. If you're ask to move to the other side of the world to take a position they've chosen for your "development", you can't hesitate or you'll be black listed for your entire career. It's VERY political.

Pros

The gas turbine engines are interesting to work on. Indianapolis is a good affordable location. Like when you stop banging your head on a wall, it feels good when you leave.

Cons

1. Worst offices in America. The workplace environment in some offices is unbelievable. 2. Definitely a good old boys network. Promotions are not based on ability. 3. Women need not apply. 4. Blacks need not apply. 5. Many layoffs. Hire and fire mentality. 6. Technical expertise has been lost; Management at this site is incompetent.

Pros

Overall good. People are very open on sharing information.

Cons

As limited manpower as there is, the company is still trying to cut on budget and head count.
