      roll out of new tools not planned properly. People without Oil & Gas Industry experience allowed to make some key business decisions.

      - Friendly employees all around - You can learn a lot if you are pro-active - Interesting R&D projects - One of the most prestigious names in the world, it will shine on your resume!

      Cons

      - HR is definitely the worst thing about this place - Energy business won't be around for long - Only few (special) people go up, doesn't matter how good you are - Lots of formality and bull* happening that you just have to do
