Good Benefits, decent opportunities for development (depending on your manager), pretty good people working in certain parts of the business, and an agile work environment downtown.

Cons

Salary can seem to not be competitive for experience level at times, takes too long to affect real change that benefits the business, and some people have a distorted view of the business because they still expect unrealistic benefits in a competitive marketplace.

Good pay, pension and holidays. Some fantastic employees. Frequent turnover of managers means if you don't get on with your Boss it won't be for long...

Cons

Blame culture with managers always looking for someone to use as a scape goat. Don't listen to employees. Managers always want to do things their own way. Too many plans that are never fulfilled. Too cost orientated which has lead to dangerous penny pinching. Too long to get the simplest tasks done if you need others input.
