      Pros

      Great pay, adequate vacation, great medical, dental, vision insurance. Great work life balance and overtime is available although not required.

      Cons

      With a union environment, many employees are allowed to do nothing or the bare minimum. That is very discouraging for those of us with a strong work ethic. Out sourcing of work is increasing.

      Wants to be a centre of innovation (Google is mentioned as an exemplar), but unwilling to make the radical cultural changes to support that. Often focus on tactical solutions at the expense of strategic solutions.
